Very nice but a little hard to find. Beaut is ful beach, great for kids because the water is shallow very far out. On a calm day it is very nice. No facilities so you need to bring food, water, sun shade etc. you can have lunch in the shade if the trees. Price is steep for parking but far better than other beaches nearby.

It was a bit difficult to find but turned out to be a hidden little gem.
To help find it I added a google maps screenshot with location/ coordinates as it is not the address added on TripAdvisor. Take the Avola exit on a18 and then turn left towards the sea. The sign of the park can actually only be seen if you head from sea towards the a18 but hopefully with the screenshot you'll be able to find it too..
It's officially 10 euro to get onto the terrain for 1 car. (We didn't have to pay though as in the morning there was no sign and no one to collect the fee by the entrance; maybe because of the end of the season. When we left, there wás a sign indicating the fee).
We only went to the beach part of the park. It was beautiful and clean. The water was clear the beach has fine sand with a few pebbles in the water. No watershoes needed.
If you snorkle around the rocks you can spot some fishes and crabs :)
It was a beatiful spot and not to busy on a september day.

Paradisiac beach, just at the end of the Cavagrand river, surrounded by trees which makes the setting even better!
The access to the beach is free but to park directly at the beach, be prepared to pay 12 or 15 EUR (a very wiiide park) depending on wether its a weekend or weekday. But 400m away you also have a dirt road where you can park your car for free.
The parking also has 1 Bar which provides support to the beach, as well an area with fresh water for showers.
Coming from Siracusa on the highway heading to Noto, leave on the Cassibile exit and follow the road heading to the sea - you will pass a bridge where you will be able to see the sea on your left and the river just on your right side. After passing the bridge, it's the first dirt road 200m on your right (it's a bit hidden).

We loved this beach. Yes, it was €12 to park but it’s right behind the beach amongst the pine trees. Really lovely beach and fabulous swimming. For God’s sake take a parasol as there’s no shade and the sand is red hot! The sea was SO warm! Came here a couple of times during our week in Ortigia and will return.

I'm sicilian and I put this place in my top 5! You must have a car to arrive, pay twenty euro for parking and just enjoy a natural paradise, the beach is full of trees that arrives very close to sea and you can use it to repair from sun! The water is hot and clean, if you prefer to get more adventure just move across the rocks on the east side of the beach and you will arrive in another little beach. More wild! A must if you love nature

Outrageous
Gorgeous place, hidden gem but very bad managed.
20€ cost just for an awful car parking it’s ridiculous, no facilities at all. It’s a shave

This was one of the best beaches in Sicily. It’s in nature, surrounded by trees , there’s a small canteen and showers. There are also lots of trees for shade . You don’t have to pay the 20€ parking fee because you can park in the little alley nearby.

We went to Sardinia last year so the bar had been set high for our expectations of a good beach. Pleased to say this lovely place delivered. Things you may want to know...The water is very clean and shallow so great for young children. There are small trees and bushes backing on to the sand so some natural shade but our pop up tents delivered again in keeping the sun off us when needed. Weekdays in July are much quieter than weekends. Pretty obvious I know but may help you plan. There is a car park backing on to the beach that is 15 Euro but on the other side of the approach road there is a dusty track that some enterprising person is charging 2 euros to park in. It's a hot 5 minute walk to the beach but it's good value and popular!! Be there before 10.30 I would say. Great day out. Beautiful clean beach.

This beach really is a hidden gem. Crystal clear water and beautiful sand surrounded by a treeline and rocky outpost. The trees offer some well needed shade if required, whilst still within a hairs breath of the water. A car is required to reach the beach, but be prepared to be hit with a 20 euro parking fee. Make sure a picnic and lots of water is bought with you as when we arrived there were no facilities to buy any.
The beach was lovely and quiet, but not deserted. If in the area of Cassible/Avolo a must visit.

Best beach I ever been in Sicily! 10 euro per car per day (in June), get your snacks with ya. There are no any shops at the beach. Don't forget the umbrellas. It's a little bit hard to find the way to the beach from the main road - the entrance is from opposite from Avola side of the road. It's tiny way under the main road.

No, c'è un orario di accesso da rispettare. Tuttavia credo sia possibile sostare nel parcheggio libero a poche centinaia di metri dall'ingresso
