About
An independent music venue showcasing large line-ups in an intimate, laid back, lounge like setting with dance-floor, drinks & a super VOID sound system! The Silver Bullet is an independent music venue located outside Finsbury Park station. We showcase large line-ups in an intimate, laid back, lounge like setting thats packed with a super PHAT sound system, dane-floor and a wicked selection of drinks. Open 7 days a week & until 3.30am from Wed-Sat. Having survived our former 'pop-up' incarnation thanks to a timely lease extension, The Silver Bullet retains its initial successful philosophy of providing a great mix of the best underground music genres, with a consistent high quality of acts, across all live bands & DJs that perform at the venue. Since opening in May 2010, we've seen amazing live performances from the likes of John Newman, TEED, Jeru The Damaja, The Mad Professor, The Cuban Brothers, Lords Of The Underground, James Yuill, Funkdoobiest, Slow Club and James Walsh, together with storming DJ sets from Rudimental, Congo Natty, DJ Derek, Don Letts, Maccabees, The Herbaliser, Mystery Jets, Mat Horne, Eddy Temple-Morris, Loose Cannons and Eddie Piller (Acid Jazz founder).

One of the first things that struck me about this gem of a bar was the juxtaposition of its location (directly opposite Finsbury park station) and the size and feel of it. The venue feels like a throw back to an age of dive bar music venues known for being intimate and full of energy. The bar ticks those boxes, and coupled with the variety of people from all over the world and variety of music on display at any given day of the week, it is a testament to the bar and the staff that the vibe remains the same! Would definitely recommend it! (and usually do...)

Been going to this little gem of a bar for years, thought I'd finally write a review. The Silver Bullet is my favourite bar in London. It has some great live music, backed up by a killer soundsystem that never fails to impress on the heavier nights. The Monday night blues jam is particularly good. The venue itself is a perfect size, small enough that you can always see the stage but big enough to get lost in the crowd. The bar staff are always smiley and chatty and the drinks are very reasonable, especially considering it's the only place in the area open late all week. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The best blues jam in London Town, every night of the week is jam packed with live music til late - love it it also hosts live music & is open 7 days a week at least until 3:30am, sometimes they do cocktails for certain night which is a lovely twist - and there is also a night on Sunday called rock the boat and is undoubtably one of the best nights out in London, the selection of music is stunning and the musicians are awe inspiring!!! I urge everyone to experience the silver bullet because once you do you will be captured by its charm and magic! Oh and did I mention the staff... ;)

A totally in-the-know independent venue with live music almost every night. I've been here for hip-hop, rock and drum&base nights and the atmosphere and sound is just awesome. The friendly bar staff and other revellers make for a really fun night where you feel like you just found the best kept secret in London.
