There's a reason it's only £14.99 for unlimited viewings. The seats are disgusting, never cleaned in between shows. The 'safety' lights are kept on through the whole film. They are basically bright interrogation lights that they can't/won't turn off so don't expect any atmosphere like in all other cinemas. One screen, when they turned the lights on at the end, only one new one went on at the back. People were complaining and nothing was done, it's like sitting in a bathroom. Awful. Don't bother, pay a bit more for PictureHouse or Everyman!

I went to see Till with my sisters and the staff were lovely 🥰, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and the disabled toilet was very clean and large.

We were in screen 3 which wasn’t the best as seats 💺 in front don’t allow foot room and stairs a bit difficult with my walking stick 🦯.

My favourite screen is screen 5 very comfortable and on the same level…so no stairs and lots of leg and elbow room. Plus a large cup holder for my large drink. Great! the only negative, is the cold 🥶 I think they forgot to turn off the air con as it’s freezing but after seeing Black Adam in screen 5…I made sure I rapped up warm for watching Till in screen 3 which was also cold 🥶 but with a winter coat🧥 scarf🧣 hat 🧢 and gloves 🧤I was warm.
If it wasn’t for the cold screens, I would give five stars. As the price is very reasonable and I love that Wimpy is across the road…so I can have a lovely meal either before or after the film.

The drop down menu needs more selection as I went with my sisters who are 60+ but the options are family and Children or family and teens.

Sort out the air con/heating, that I said good work Streatham Odeon 👏🏾

Streatham is "up and coming" in that you can now walk down the streets at night and it is all good. Odeon is always class and it is no different here. Two security guards in this cinema but that doesn't detract from it. £10 per ticket on average. Premier cards accepted and some restaurants for after up the way including Pukka Indian and Pizza express on the same road. This place is also near Streatham Hill train station.

I have just come into the cinema on their £5 online book deal. Very quiet here. Tried to get a coffee, Costa , the machines they use one was not working and guess what , they had no milk to put in said machines....they directed me to Costa outside of the cinema, really..!!!! Top it all they didn't really have a clue how to operate it...oh and I haven't seen the film yet . ..🤣🤣🤣

The rest of streatham high street is improving a lot, but the cinema is dated and in need of some serious structural work both inside and out.

The cinema screens are small compared to others. The toilets are ok, but a lot of broken toilet roll holders and seats.

Screen 1 is the largest and bugger than a lot of other cinemas, however, there are black marks on the screen which can be distracting to viewers. Screen 1 is cold and they CONSTANTLY fail to switch off the lights for the performance.

If you go on a subway morning, note that they rent the cinema out to a gospel religious group. This is all fine, however they are so loud, you can hear their singing and general music over the cinematic performance you have paid to watch.

Generally ok if you have no other choice, but there are others around which are much better value for money.

We booked to see a possibly 'once in a lifetime' showing of La Forza del Destino live from the Royal Opera House, with stars Anna Netrebko and Jonas Kaufmann, only to find that they had not bothered to check sound etc before the start of the performance and no sound came through. This was not a problem with the ROH and simply an abject failure on the part of Streatham Odeon. Appalling, and we will not go there again.

Staff were friendly, screens are small (well our one was) but Sears comfy. Loose stars over snack choice which is not as good as other places, not just hot food but packets of sweets, about two choices.

This cinema's biggest and best screen is number 1 whic has a massive creen and great sound and they also have "VIP" seats which are very big and comfortable, you have to pay a little extra but if you don't like to seat too close to other people or are a big person, they are ideal.
I go to this cinema at least once a week.
Screen 8 is good too.

Sometimes it is very crowded, especially during school holidays and weekends.

They have a waiting area upstairs whic is very cool and comfortable too.

They do have an ok variety of food and drinks and also sweets.

It was easy to buy tickets, but it is not cheap, wich is fair enough if you get a special experience, but the place is very run down and that is especially clear in the toilets. My kids didn't want to use the toilets because they were not clean, water on the floor and sink was blocked.
