Amazing staff, amazing activities, really makes the stay in Barcelona so much better. The tours, the dinner, the pub crawl, just perfect - and because everyone from the same hostel it makes some sort of community together. My guide was Janluca and he was really nice and been able to connect to everyone, always tried to bring us together. If you look for a place to go in Barcelona, this is the best

I had a great time with our guide, Catalina. She guided three of our tours in one day! She was very friendly and had great historic knowledge!
I made nice friends and would do it all again.
Thank you sponge life and 360 hostel for making my trip more enjoyable and affordable!

Ale was an exceptional tour guide. Very knowledgeable and charismatic. I could tell she had a passion about the culture and enjoyed what she did. She spent time after the tour tell me where I could get good and cheap local cuisine as well as nightlife. And she was cute as well!!

Had an amazing time on the walking tour to the Carmel Bunkers with Juan - he was super knowledgeable and super friendly too. A beautiful spot and a great group to visit with - now just wish I’d done the gothic quarter walk too!

I did the 3 hour walking tour with Jackie to the bunkers. It was so incredible. I really wanted to do this before I saw the tour to there with spongelife, but I was bit afraid to as I am a solo female traveller and its slightly off the beaten track but doing it with Jackie and the group was soo much fun, she will often bring out her speakers (decent music taste also!!) and motivate people whom may be struggling.
She's the best tour guide I've ever met, so chilled and relaxed and fun. She made me want to go back to Barcelona just to do the tour/group activities with her! I know spongelife do various other activities, such as bar crawls and walking day tours. I briefly met a few other staff for spongelife who were all lovely and fun, but Jackie was unreal. She's just an absolute hun

There were so many great experiences that I don't even know where to start. They organized 2 free dinners in the hostel, one with tapas an another with Catalan food. Both were great! There were night outs every day and the guides were just unbelievable! Gareth and Jackie were really realty friendly and nice. They could make a group of strangers talk like they were old friends. And Jackie is a real princess, Barcelona during the night should be called Jackie Town!

I went on this tour for 2 days. Day 1 covered Gothic quarters and Day 2 covered Bunkers. Catalina was an amazing and energetic guide who was so passionate about the city which reflected in her work. She explained the history really well and made the tour enjoyable. This tour with Catalina as a guide is a must if you are coming to Bareclona!

The walking tour was awesome, the guide was very knowledgeable and offered great insights about the history and culture of the city. Very sociable and made sure everyone felt comfortable during the experience. Would recommend for solo travelers to meet fellow travelers as well as groups that want to check some of the greatest places in the city.

I joined both the free walking tours in one day on recommendations from my hostel. Catalina was my guide for the day and was friendly and enthusiastic and at the same time passionate and knowledgeable about Barcelona. You could see how much she loved the city and at the end of the tour, I was absolurely fascinated as well! I loved how she randomly added bits of information about the Christmas markets and traditions throughout the walking tour. Each tour was around 2-3 hours long but it definitely did not feel that way at all. Would definitely recommend for any traveler coming to Barcelona!

Dear John,
Hello again. I trust all is good at your end. I'm still waiting for a reply from your end. We are keen to do the Sagrada Familia tour on the 24th, is a prior reservation required?
Regards,
Rishi

Hi Rishi,
there is no need to make a prior reservation. You can meet us directly at the hostel I suggested. We run tours that are the opposite concept of a paid tour. In our tours you pay at the end what you feel the value of the tour should be. This allows it to be accessible to traveler on different budgets. We can also organise a private should you wish. You can also contact us via Whatsapp on: +34 625666032
Kind Regards
