The palazzo is now the court house of Pistoia, but you can freely go through the main gate to have a look at the stunning court yard. You’ll find the bench where the Podestat sat and beautifully painted ceilings.

The Palazzo Pretorio was built in the 14th century. The building is occupied by the city court now so I'm not sure if one can tour it.
