The castle has been recently renovated and restored. It offers some of the best views of the southern west location of the island. Fantastic and brilliantly thought out to use a museum with original artifacts of clothing etc of the family who lived here.

This was one stop on our tour of Naro. I loved Naro - it was off the beaten path, and was such a lovely city to stroll through. Those narrow streets and stairways were wonderful. The castle is beautiful and more restored than most castles in Italy.

Beautiful and worth the trip to get to it. Roads are quite steep, but manageable. The history is incredible. We were lucky enough to encounter the caretaker who gave us insight into the Castello. The views from the castle are magnificent.

Nice castle and we were the only visitors if the castle. The climb to the castle was a bit spooky (too quiet)...

It's quite a way up to the castle through the very narrow streets of Naro. We took a taxi to the top.It looks quite impressive on its hill top location. You enter through a large gate into a courtyard and into the castle across the yard. The wall of the castle have been over restored and it looks quite new! There are a collection of medieval ladies dresses in glass cases and in the prison area the walls have been carved with the names of prisoners. There was little else on display. It's perhaps worth the effort of going up there just for the view from the castle walls.

Fantastic old fortress, now a museum, with some frescoes and graffiti from hundreds of years ago, when the Castle was a prison. Great views from the tower.

Vorrei andare a vedere castello, quanto costa il biglietto d'ingresso? E orari d'apertura quali sono? Grazie anticipatamente

I want to go Naro but can not find information on accommodation in the city, only to neighboring farms. Where have you been?

Non ti conviene alloggiare a Naro. Trova un posto lì vicino come Agrigento e a Naro ti rechi per una visita di un giorno.
