Best Brazillian wax I've ever had.

After a lot of trip advisor research , yesterday I went for my first wax out of the UK. I've been having a full brazillian wax for 3 years but I find it daunting finding new places. Turned out I needn't worry at all. I was fortunate enough to get an on the spot appointment when I turned up. You first have a shower before your wax. Mai completed my wax with both professionalism and skill. I felt comfortable throughout. A combination of strip wax and hard wax was used followed by some tweezing for those sneaky short hairs! This was the best wax I've ever had - not a hair to be found now! Thankyou Mai! x

Fabulous start to our day! Had Thai massage and facial. Great value, very professional service and would highly recommend. Bonus: close to many food and coffee options for post massage treat.

Good wax with very friendly receptionist

I decided I wanted to come to this spa after reading so many incredible reviews as it can be hard finding a good brazilian wax overseas. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming but my waxer Loan was the opposite. She didn't look at me once during the procedure and never asked how I was. It was a good wax but Loan was very rough and spent almost the same amount of time tweezing as she did waxing, it felt like she was rushing the whole time but I could see there was no one else in the spa. Overall it was a good wax, the spa is very hygienic and the receptionist was very welcoming so i do reccomend coning here for a wax.

This place is clean and peaceful. The lady that took care of my Brazilian was super gentle and made sure I felt comfortable. No after pain and they provide great tips for aftercare. Highly recommend.

Sooooo disappointing

I am so disappointed with their full body massage that I’m starting to second guess trip advisor altogether. This was about the worst massage I have ever had; the therapist- if you can even call her that- had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I’m not sure with whom other people had their massage, but the woman who massages me was completely clueless, o even stopped her before she finished. All she did was to put her hands up and down my body and pressure me against the bed- no knowledge of pressure points whatsoever. Worst $25 spent so far in Saigon.

Dear Ms. Be J Thank you very much for your review. I listened to the therapist and the receptionist on the day you visited the spa. After the treatment, we always ask all guests for feedback, but in your case, I heart that you told our staff that the treatment was good and you left. I haven’t received any reports that there was complaints or problems. However, as I proceeded with the discussion, it was found that the therapist did not follow the information given by the receptionist, which made the guest feel uncomfortable. I apologize from the bottom of my heart. *Details will be kept private. Currently, we are instructing the all spa staff to reconfirm guest’s details. Good place to get a massage. I got a Vietnamese Therapie massage for 500.000d for an hour. The massage in itself was good. I would have liked to have some music in the room. The only thing I heard was the clock ticking and the airco sounds. Not quiet relaxing. That is the only comment I have to make. The place was clean and the lady was good.

We were recommended to this Spa by a friend and it certainly did not disappoint. I can honestly say it was the best full body massage my husband and I have ever experienced. The treatment was so effective and good that it even rectified my frozen shoulder, which I have had several treatments for and been struggling with for months. Superb service - fantastic massage, which left you feeling totally relaxed

Brazilian wax

I came to this spa after reading the great reviews for a Brazilian wax. I got one done in Hanoi and it wasn’t very good, the woman done it in a dark room and missed lots of hairs. So I wanted to make sure I was coming to a good spa this time! I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax for over 10 years so I know what I like. I cannot fault this spa or my therapist for the day, Thuan. I got to take a shower before my treatment and got given a dressing gown, Thuan then applied talcum powder to the area which I always do at home as it’s less painful. The wax was so good, I felt no pain whatsoever! Thuan used both cool wax & hot wax and also tweezed hairs that wouldn’t come out. She then asked me to roll over to ensure she got every hair out. Afterwards, she applied after wax and some more talcum powder which made me feel super fresh! Girls, if you’re needing a Brazilian wax I can’t recommend indochine spa enough! All the therapists and staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place is very clean. Definitely 5 star review from me! Thanks again :-)
