This is a really nice park for a cheap and relaxing day out if you have young children <5. We took our two boys there and there was plenty for them to do. The park features a small splash park, a single large wavy slide and play park with sand pit that is sheltered nicely from the sun.
There are plenty of sun beds and spots on the grass to sit which include an umbrella should you choose to use it. It’s cheap to get in and the pools are all clean and well maintained.
You will need a hire car to get there as it’s in the middle of the country.

We have been going to Prato Blu for years. They have recently updated the areas and the swimming pools are amazing. We had a fantastic day out as a family. It wasn’t very busy so we could use the water slides and there was plenty of room in the swimming pools.

Oct 2016 • Friends
We decided to walk approx 3 miles to go to the water park as it was our last full day in Montichiari (18 October 2016). All of our Google searches (including Trip Advisor) had that the park was open from 0930-1900 on that day so you can imagine our frustration and disappointment that we had when we reached there and found the park completely shut!!! (We looked over the fence and all of the water was also drained from the pools!). There are signs on the road stating the direction and distance to the Prato Blu along the long walk, but not one single one of them had any info or indication that the water park was closed!!! 6 miles round journey of walking for nothing...info NEEDS updating!!! 😡😡😡

Grazie
