Excellent chocolate and learning experience

You can buy their hand crafted chocolate products or do one of the chocolate tasting or chocolate making sessions.
We did both the sessions.
In chocolate tasting you learn how you get from the cacao pod to beans to chocolate with a taste at each step, i finally learned the difference in making white and regular chocolate.
In the chocolate making course, you start with beans and work your way to making chocolate and hot chocolate in the mexican way.
Well worth the time for these inexpensive sessions.

Fair trade chocolate

Very friendly staff. Has 100% cocoa! Yum. You can buy cocoa beans as well to make your own mole sauce. Workshop on chocolate making too.

Great chocolate, loved the chocolate making class! A lot of fun and only $5 US. Informative and friendly and professional staff. It's within the Iberostar resort - it may not be available to everyone but if you're staying there it's worth a visit.
