The tour office is right next to the Uffizi and well marked. They speak many languages and there is a small bakery and lunch place next door. We started on time and our tour guide Ivano was spectacular. We have done many tours and he has been one of the best ever. He did not waste time with idle chit-chat or jokes, he is serious about his art and history and even has photos on his phone to show you in depth details and information about the art/artist he is discussing in the museums. We were exhausted having traveled from Rome at 5 am, but he still kept us engaged and interested because of his clear passion and deep knowledge for art. The tours did not have a break in between as discussed in other reviews, they went back to back which was perfect for us. Ivano also gave us a quick city tour as we walked to the Accademia, which again was perfect as we had not booked a city tour. Highly recommend!!!
