We walked up to Villa Ciprone and paid the entrance fees to see the gardens and magnificant views over the Amalfi coastline.

Villa Cimbrone dates back to the 11th century when it was a fortified residence.

From the Terrace of Infinity one can see the azure waters of the Mediterranean below. The views are stunning.

The gardens were also beautiful and well maintained. Some of the sights include:
-Statue of Ceres which is located in a small temple
    -Crest of Mercury
    -Little Temple of Bacchus
    -Eve’s cave
-Statue of David), a copy of original is in the National Museum of Florenc
    -Rose Garden
-Tea Room a rectangular garden next to the rose garden

    Well worth a visit.

One of my favourite beaches on Amalfi Coast. The beach itself has two free sections and a beach club where you can drink coffee and eat something.
The water is clean and the beach is beautiful. While you're in the water, just look around and enjoy yourself to the fullest. On the other hand the beach club is not so good because the stuff was so nervous and unkind.

Attended a wedding for a family member and stayed at Villa Piedimonte. That Villa was the best. Clean and modern with excellent service. Provided shuttle service to the town. Wedding was held at a spartan church, Chiesa a Santa Maria di Gradillo and walked through town to Villa Eva at the other end. Like something out of a movie. Towns people and locals watched us clapping. Very medieval with all the charms. Ate lots of mozzarella cheese and drank wine from the region. Ate several times at Ristorante Vittoria conveniently located at the middle of town where Maria, our server, made us feel like locals. Grazie Mille! Took a scooter down to Minori and Māori for cappuccino and nothing could be more breath taking than an early morning ride down the windy streets to the shoreline towns. Avoided Amalfi because of the crowds and totally satisfied at my stay in Ravello. Checked out the famous Villa Cimbrone and it was stunning. Just like advertised. Unfortunately, couldn’t fine dine there because I didn’t rent a room. The town square and the Duomo is the central attraction. Great to people watch and have breakfast or lunch, al fresco. If you don’t care to be with the crowds (Amalfi, Positano) and enjoy less bustle with easy access to those towns, this is the place.

Lovely view all the way down. The final parts can be a little dicey with the traffic but keep your wits about you and it’s all good. Take plenty of water. There are some spots of shade on the way but mainly exposed to the sun.

    Colorful gardens, iconic views
The villa is interesting, but the gardens are stunning. In early July they were awash with color.

There are stunning views, including the location to take the iconic picture of Chiesa Dell’Annunziata.

10th October 2019. Small and formal gardens with really fabulous views. Recommend a visit when in Ravello.

This is a very good beach that has easy stairs and plenty of public space.

It’s about two thirds public with a small snack bar with beach chairs in the middle. There’s a shower. It’s not quite sand, but the stones are very small. The water isn’t the clearest in the area, but it isn’t below average.

I think we prefered this to duoglio degli artisti.
