We spent an hour in the company of 21 orphaned elephants and one baby rhino, and it was utterly delightful! The only negative thing was that it was very difficult to buy the ticket for the park, because none of our credit cards were accepted by the card reader. In the end our driver kindly paid on our behalf and we refunded him. This seems to be a normal occurrence and they don’t accept cash - neither shillings nor dollars - so aim to get to the park entrance one hour before the appointed time & be very patient!
After the baby elephants had been fed, we moved on & drove round the Nairobi national park, seeing gazelle, buffalo, rhino, lion, giraffe, hippo & crocodile.

Great experience at an awesome price! We went there on a Friday afternoon and had a very short wait. I would definitely recommend it!

The online entry & payment form is tedious & time consuming. We were self drive & found it not user friendly at all. Even the lady who worked at our hotel described it as tiresome!! After travelling around Kruger National Park in South Africa, with an easy system (& so much cheaper) we were disappointed to spend so much time at an entry gate, waiting for help, as we found it impossible to upload our passport photos onto their system.

We’ve had a great holiday & loved travelling in Kenya, however would like to pass on this information, especially as the entry price is set to rise considerably again later this year.

One of the best national parks we visited.it was amazing seeing animals in their natural habitat was really diffrent compared seeing them in a zoo like in europe,The park is amazing with a wide variety of animals. We saw lions hunting very close which was the best experience ever.It was a little overcrowded but our guide pandu and fred made it easy for us to spot different animals..We loved everything about the place.unforgettable one day safari from diani with fred.great service ,good price,Highly recommend him through his whatsaap +254 710 239 929.Wonderful experience

Baobab resort is in a lovely location. The are 3 separate areas to wander to & from these all have pools, bars & eating places. The beach is easily accessible. The rooms are lovely & well equipped. We had a fridge that we put our daily bottled water in. Air conditioned which is a must as it was 34 which felt like 44! The bed was large & very comfortable. Bathroom could do with an update? Shower was not very powerful & water not very hot. We had a balcony with sea view but didn’t use it as the little monkeys were always wanting to come in. We did love watching them especially when mum & baby came. Meals were great. Lots of choice. All drinks were good we never had premium as what was on offer was ok. Red house wine was nice, white nice but abit dry for my liking. All the staff are smiley & very friendly. So helpful nothing is too much trouble. We did go to the beach & did the sea safari which was good. You do get pestered abit but eventually we got left alone. Just tell them only going for a swim have no money. We sunbathed under the palm & other trees to get some shade from the extreme sunny weather. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Beautiful 6 night hike on the mountain. Highly recommend very experienced guide John, and his small team who looked after us so well. Chef made wholesome food. Great to wake up to an English breakfast with fresh fruit every day.

We had an incredible 6-day safari with Tanzania Horizon Safaris! Our group of 6 explored the magical Mara River at the Tanzania-Kenya border, and it was beyond words. Our guide, Sabas, was the heart of our adventure, sharing his knowledge and passion for wildlife. From lions to giraffes, every moment was a thrill. Sabas's expertise and friendly demeanor made the journey unforgettable. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. We stayed at Mara Kati Kati camp in Tanzania and Sopa Lodge on the Kenyan side. A big shoutout to Sabas for making our safari a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you're dreaming of an amazing safari you shouldnt miss Mara region and the Mara river

We arrived at this little oasis after Diani Beach. What a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle. This eco friendly hotel is quietly tucked away off the beaten track and expertly managed by Marion and her fantastic staff. We enjoyed the scenery, food and paddling through the mangroves. And in between we thoroughly enjoyed the salt water swimming pool.

Incredible to see black and white rhinos grazing together and lucky to see them back after their migration. A factor facilitated by the return of the rains, lions hunting by the lake and a beautiful leopard perched on a nearby yellow acacia tree was the icing of the cake of our Safari, reminded me of the 1980s pbs nature documentary about this park. Thank God for this incredible park and its incredible diversity that never ceases to amaze. Kudos to the Kenya wildlife services for its continuous protection.

I was not familiar with her so it was interesting to hear her history and impact to Kenya. We toured the grounds where it was a coffee plantation and her home. A large wedding happened to be taking place while we were there. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions. I will have to watch Out of Africa on the plane ride back.
