They have sweets, snacks, trinkets, clothing, accessories. You'll sure to find something pasalubong-wise to take back if you're pressed for time. The prices are reasonable. I saw a similar top they were selling Roxas Night Market here cheaper by 100. IDK if there was a difference in cloth though or quality.
There are different sellers here so if there's something you didn't find at one person, the vendors will direct you to someone who might have what you may want.
The tablea I bought was really tasty.

Christine was fabulous, She was extremely helpful whilst I was visiting the Surf Shop. She helped me find the right board, shared all the great surf locations and made my time in Siargao really pleasant. Thanks for your help and all your smiles.

The same as hundreds of other malls in the Philippines. The usual array of shops, restaurants, supermarket, and department store. Hang-out place to stay cool in hot weather.

Maybe the best selection of restaurants of any GenSan mall. Yakimix, Gerry's, j.co were my favorites

We bought wet items- chicken & some package of fishes.
Also pre- packed drinks, biscuits, soap, shampoos, etc.
On the third floor, we bought pressure cooker.
    Affordable prices on every items.

It's super hard to find, and the listing on google maps and in Rough Guide is wrong, but if you're remotely interested in textiles or Mindanao's disappearing tribal arts and culture, it's worth hunting down and supporting. They sell manila hemp fiber and ikat-style cloth weaving and have a sample loom set up. Supposedly proceeds help the tribe.

It's not a large shop and the shop girl wasn't terribly knowledgable, but I thought the weaving is good quality, similar to sulawesi ikats
