This outlet is actually located underground, so you might actually not see any building on this flat land, as it’s a modern park. If you see the OUTLET sign, just go to the nearest lift or stairs and you will see lots of outlets below.
There are lots of big and common brands there and many Chinese brands. The numbers you see over the clothes say 6, means you will pay 60% of the price of the clothes. I’ve included the website address, and address in the photos of this place. If you’re like me and can’t read Chinese, this really helps and you can translate the website to Chinese to get someone to help you order transport on Didi.
There were 2 adidas shops there and I was really happy to get to buy 2 pairs that were last pairs in the sizes I wanted and got excellent discounts. I paid less than half the original price coz they were both last pairs.
I’ll recommend this place if you like shopping. The retailers in this area part of China are really helpful and very well mannered.

This mall contains high end merchandise and brand named stores. Expect to pay 💰 more here than in lesser known malls. The place is extremely clean and safe to shop. Additionally, there are several good restaurants tucked away throughout the various towers, which are quite good.

While this quirky museum is based on the culture of seals, it is also about the society. It is a collection of buildings arrayed around a hilly site, and part of the fun was exploring building-to-building and looking at the variety of exhibits, shops, halls and monuments.

This is a 6 store building and has many products - shirts, pants, jackets silk and many souvenirs. I highly recommend not to buy there electronics products as quality is bad although the prices are tempting.
In any case, you can bargain a lot.
It is recommended to come early in the morning - opens at 09:30.

A very large area of malls near the lake that span the distance between 2 metro stations. It has a good variety of food and shoppings.

If you like shopping this is for you.
Pedestrian long street both sides lined with small shops selling silk products and other fabrics, lots of scarves, wraps, lingerie and gifts.
Easy to get taxis and don’t forget the market at the other side of the zebra crossing....quite an experience.

Please expect to haggle on price in both places
    Enjoy

Although the TripAdvisor title for this mall is "Impression City", the mall's sign in English lettering says: "InCity". The largest store in the mall is a Walmart, but there are many floors with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Western restaurant chains include Papa John's, KFC and Starbucks.

If you have children, they have popular kiddie rides in front of the mall entrance.

This mall may be overshadowed by the larger InTime City mall not too far away (on Fuqiang Road), but It is the second largest mall in the area and, when in Hangzhou, I probably spend as much time at InCity as at InTime City.

This is a typical Chinese mall with a mixture of fashion shops and restaurants with access ti the cinema at the top. The clothes shops are of a very good quality and here are lots of nice places to eat, Green Tea restaurant is a very popular choice with bot locals and foreign visitors, they offer a wide variety of choice and accommodate for all tastes. I have never had to use the parking facilities but my experience of Malls in China are that people will wait for ages to get in by car for the limited number of places that are usually available. Go across the street via the underground station and there are many other restaurants offering good quality food (I recommend Cafe Bene.) Yinlong or Hanfagang is a really nice and vibrant place to visit if you ever find yourself in this part of China.

I was there, the last "Year of the Dragon" (2000). On the first floor, we bought souvineers; fans, Chinese carvings and other small items. On an upper floor, I noticed a display done on steps with side drawers, which I'd never seen in the U.S. or any other country. It seemed like a clever use of space. There was a bedding department with a strange contraption on a bed; but no sign in English. The rest is a vague memory. We did use the foot-bridge; and across the street, was a music shop, with modern music, and young people. We were three ladies with light hair, taller than the Chinese youths who stared at us.

I went here in the evening and was delighted to catch the dancing fountains display on the West Lake. The area is bordered by a very modern shopping arcade with several Malls featuring global brands.
For the fountains performance itself, it seems the watchword is to arrive early. It was plain crowded, though I still enjoyed myself.

The FengQi Road Metro station is the closes for accessing this location.

This mall is right on the doorstep of the New Hangzhou CBD - the mall is shaped like an "L" covering quite a distance in both directions of the "L".

There are a number of high end outlets although most are local plus there are a range of restaurants for all tastes.

Yesterday (Saturday) my friends and I had lunch at the "Old Folks Restaurant"...the stinky tofu, seafood noodle soup and omelette were the standout dishes.

We window shopped as we wandered around - parts of the mal are not air-conditioned which was strange - there were also some small market stalls around the complex - gave it a hawker feel in those areas.

There are plentiful underground parking spaces that cover the same area as the mall. If you know the location of the shop or restaurant you will visit, try to park as close as possible. My friends and I walked from one end of the "L" to the other...then back again - a bit of a trek no less!

My friends tell me this is a popular mall - if you are in the area it is worth a visit.
