It was such an amazing experience. I love the cute little details that they put in every little miniature and you can clearly see how much work and effort they put into making this came to life. The lightshow was captivating especially the one in the Dataran Merdeka's miniature. I highly recommend for tourists to come here if you're wanting to learn more about Malaysia but don't have the time to visit all of them :)

    Huge mall!
A lot of high end stores. Not for the budget traveller, but still some options for them also. Nice looking mall. Plenty of places to eat. Next to KLCC PARK and right under the Petronas towers.

Really excellent market with lots of great little shops selling local goods such as jewellery and baskets and sandals and clothes. Everything is so cheap here. There are also some food outlets

The new Panda Eyes multistore dominates the sleepier stretch of this short street where most tourists will find themselves. For classier shopping there is Pavilion at the other end and many restaurants in between. The popular outdoor food court is down a lane among the budget accomodation.

This mall is worth a visit if you enjoy your shopping and want to explore the different malls of KL. While a bit further out from KLCC where many tourists stay, it is still easy to reach via public transport or taxi/Grab. The mall is big with a good variety of stores and decent places to eat, though not as extensive as some other malls like Pavilion. With that said, give this place a visit if you like malls.

The most interesting cotton fabrics I found this year were from the bargain counters of the great Jakel Mall. If you are satisfied with polyester there are several Indian shops selling colourfull saris which could also be used as curtains or other home decoration. A street food market was selling all kinds of local delights but the permanent stalls at the covered bazaar near the subway station were reduced.

A very nice museum (unfortunately the gallery was closed for repairs or so) but the remaining floors offered a good insight into the development of the Malaysian central bank, it’s role and responsibilities, etc. Also a good overview of the development of coins and noted throughout the last few hundred years. All in all, interesting exhibition with everything displayed in BM and English so good for tourists as well. Some nice interactive areas and activities so also younger kids would be entertained for a while. Parking is RM 5 but the museum itself is free (you need to put a deposit of RM 10 for putting any bags you have in a locker).

This shopping mall has changed a lot over the years. Once the electronics supermarket of the 80 & 90s it is now an eclectic arrangement of rag tag shopping. It is not our thing, but you could find most things that you might need or want but you’ll have to look for it. Its all about what you’re in to, but we found a surprising collection of secondhand clothing stores that was fascinating to comb through. Some were super cheap and the larger collection of tshirts (all arranged in colour and size!) I have ever seen. But some were ridiculously ludicrous pricing for ‘premium’ Tshirts which we thought was obviously only for people who can appreciate this. We were not one of those! As with KL shopping malls, had a good collection of food outlets but not nearly as good as Lot 10. Still this place has its place and a grunge factor to it

Excellent mall if you want to actually just SHOP! So well organised and not full of the same old same old. You won’t find too B many mainstream brands here but the variety of clothing is extensive and you will go home with some really unique pieces

A specious bookshop with good choice of literature for different topics in different languages including English, Chinese, Japanese, etc. THere are also sections with manga and manhwa, stationary and suveniers. I recomend to visit it if you're in Kuala Lumpuru.
