Rooms were quite old fashioned but clean. Lovely balcony and nice view to the mountains. Breakfasts were quite small but dinners were fantastic and varied every evening. We were there 7 nights with our finnish group.

Only stayed for one night but what a lovely place. The view from our balcony was amazing, the room was a little dated but the bathroom was new with a great walk in shower. We were slightly late for breakfast but they had waited for us. All the staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely use it again.

We stayed at Hotel Parco after coming across a deal online - we were a little vary given the price we paid but were pleasantly surprised. We ended up with a massive family room, which was lovely and clean and had a little balcony where we could sit out on at night. The area of Gragnano itself isn't the greatest, BUT it is an excellent mid point for exploring Sorrento, Amalfi, and Napoli. One man on reception was particularly helpful and we were able to arrange a free shuttle down to the port to catch the ferry out to Capri. All in all it was a lovely stay.

I booked last minute as our travel plans changed. I chose it because it was not super expensive and it had wifi. Unfortunately i was not able to get any work done as the internet did not work at all. When i asked at the front desk they told me to go to my room and wait. It never worked for our entire visit on all devices. The beds are hard and the linens are very old. The walls are paper thin and you can actually hear your neighbors breath! When you check in the staff will collect your passport for the duration of your stay. After a night of no sleep it is difficult to remember to get it back from them. This is very important as they do not do this for you. I lost a night of sleep, an evening of work and then 4 hours of driving the next day to come get my passport.

I stayed at the Hotel Parco as a part of a 10-day bus tour of Italy. We were generally not pleased with our experience.

We arrived at the hotel later than expected because of terrible traffic that we hit along the coast. And when we finally did arrive, we were vastly disappointed. From the outside and the lobby, the hotel looks alright. There is only one tiny elevator and several stories, unfortunately (but typical of Europe). Just so you know, as is also often the case in Europe, you have to enter the card into a slot in order to get the electricity in your hotel room to run.

The hotel room is basic and needs serious refurbishment. It just felt dingy. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, the air conditioning unit was very old and rusty, there were spider nests in the upper corners of the room, and the steel gate that was over the windown (another common feature in Italy) would not go up - leaving us to speculate what would happen in the event of a fire.

When we arrived, we went down for dinner, as it was included with our tour. The staff was apparently aggravated with our late arrival and was extremely rude. The rolls they had out on the table were as hard as rocks, and we had to ask enough place setting for everyone. After waiting a long time, the staff finally came around and offered drinks. Then we waited a long time for the food as well. Finally, after all this, the courses came out one after another in good succession.

After a long day of touring, the one thing I wanted to do was to take a nice shower. However, the water in the hotel runs from scalding hot to freezing cold, with no hope at making adjustments. The best I could do was to run it over myself during the "in-between" phases. I should note that while the bathroom looked relatively more modern, there was also rust along the edge of the shower.

I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or not, but there was a fireworks celebration just outside of our room at about midnight that scared the living daylights out of me - this is when the inability to put up the metal grate was especially frustrating.

Overall, I'd say that this was a very poor hotel and it certainly doesn't live up to the standard of what a touring company ought to offer.

This hotel failed to impress me. The rooms were spacious, although beds were either hard or had no support. The decor in the rooms were dated, looked like pieces from your grandmothers bedroom suite. Luckily, the bathroom was upto date with a waterfall shower and modern sink, toilet, etc
Don't bother purchasing the "breakfast", it's only orange juice, coffee and tea, croissants, or a hard bread roll
The staff were unhelpful and rude
Wifi had not worked which is understandable, but not practical when you're travelling and either need to contact home for an emergency or transfer money.

Clean room with balcony. Clean sheets. Pillows are hard and seem old. Old mattresses that sag and squeak. Hot shower, large bathroom. A/C works well, TV
Breakfast is pastries, sliced bread, sliced cheese and ham, dry sweetened cereal, coffee, tea, sweetened juice. No eggs, no bacon, no toast.
Hotel is located 10 mins by taxi to Sorrento. Access to enter hotel is by sloped driveway and then about 10 steps down to lobby. Then there is an elevator to reach rooms.

The room I stayed in was dingy and dirty.
The wifi was spotty.
The towels. Jesus. The towels. It was like rubbing sandpaper on my skin. Literally no fluff or fabric left on my body.
The bedsheets were equally as starchy, scratchy, and stiff.
So thankful my stay was for one night.

Ended up here due to another hotel being overbooked and 'walking' us. I wasn't happy about not being in the accommodation booked, however I was pleasantly surprised and quite please we ended up here.
The rooms, while basic, were quite large as was the bathroom; and the views of the Gulf of Naples and over to Mt Versuvius were uninterrupted and simlpy magical. The sunset and sunrise views were beautiful.
The breakast buffet (continental) has a variety of options and quickly replenished.
I would definitely stay here again.
