Great condition and balance between expected and given. We couldn't expect better treatment. We also can relate to previous comments regarding the food and service in the restaurant. It was delicious. Stuff was also super kind and we will return here as soon as the snoe falls again :)

This hotel has great location. Food is amazing, lobby bar with music every night as well. But rooms are very bad. Old furniture, bathroom needed to be renovated 10 years ago, but the most shocking fact is that smoking is allowed in all rooms - at least that is what I have been told on reception. In my room there is sign "smoking allowed", when I wanted to change the room on reception told me but all our rooms are the same...

Hotel is good location, very kind staff, food is excellent - big and various choices, delicious and fresh. Spa is small, but charming. Hotel is old and need refurnishment but bed is very comfortable and hotel overal is cosy. Only minus is heavy smell in room, but we were lucky that was lot of snow outside and that we solve that with opening window.

The hotel was built in 1988 and it’s still stuck in the same year. Nothing changed since the “age of Tito”. Rooms are completely dated, the furniture is old, weary, the bathrooms are stained, water is not draining properly, there is a thing that resembles blow dryer... There are no slippers, no toothpaste, no phone in the room, but there are cracks in the walls and scratches all over the wardrobe, commode etc. The swimming pool area is not being heated nor the water in the swimming pool. The staff is polite and breakfast is really good, but the value for the money is truly poor. After the argument with manager we realized the refund was not an option. Our friends got a better room and we got another room which was the same like the first one. At this point we were already exhausted with the whole situation so we accepted it. Nevertheless we can’t shake off the impression this was a big time scam!!! We would never ever go back!

We stayed here for 1 week for a ski vacation. The hotel on the outside is a little dated. There is a parking which costs aprox 1 E per day. The hotel lobby is great, newly refurbished, a great place for drinking coffee or wine. They also have a food menu and we ate there on many occasions. The rooms are simple, modest but cosy. The window view is beautiful. The bathrooms are in great need of redoing. The pool was great, but on ocasion it needed to be a little warmer, as we were there with a 2 year old. Playground for children is a big plus. Breakfast and dinner are all-inclusive style, with a great variety of dishes. The best assest for skiers is the hotel location, you literally just have to exit the hotel to hit the slopes. The ski storage room has also the possibility to rent skies, the majority of the guests rented their skies. Ski pass for 5 day is aprox 100 E. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a positive experience.

The hotel is just a few hundred meters aways from the slopes, there are a few staircases until you get to the neares ski lift though. Rooms and facilites are decent, some things weren't changed in a long time which some definitely won't like. Not that I care about TV much but the rooms had a great one. Spa centre could be better, people complain about water not being warm enough however it's fine really. Food is great, burek (special balkan pie/pastry) for breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. The lobby area looks very stylish and cozy, hanging out there is enjoyable. There was live music one night, it should be happening often. Centre of Kopaonik is very close so you can get to all the shops and caffees very quickly. You have to pay 4€ a day for parking which isn't justified. You can rent ski equipment in the hotel and leave it there obviously, the staff that handles that is really kind.

Nice location, name of hotel not written anywhere as entrance is at back doors. Polite staff but not so professional. First room given with low eaves covering half of the room and both of us very tall so asked to change. At first they said no then once husband complained they agreed. The whole second floor had a boiling hot water in shower only - no cold. It was fixed but the issue with swimming pool and jacuzzi tub was never fixed. Only one person controls the temperature from a boiler room and he is convinced the temperature is right whilst people are cold. Swimming pool temp is around 24c and jacuzzi 28c. Even sauna was at 75c so we have asked them to increase temperature. Food, nothing like on hotel's video. No dish is marked with a dish name so it is a bit of a guess work. Waiters are just there to collect dirty plates, they don't know what dishes are there themselves. Same salads every night and no dressings of any kind. Desserts were terrible - just dry cakes, fruit compote - no ice creams nor puddings. One night we had a nice blueberry or cherry pie. Ski lifts change timing on 15 March and start working from 8am instead of 9am but breakfast in hotel is only served from 8-10:30am which is ridiculous. Also ski rental in hotel opens at 8:30 am so one loses one hour of skiing. Only stayed there because of vicinity of the piste and facilities but disappointed with facilities. My parents don't ski and couldn't use any facilities. Wouldn't go back. Termag in Jahorina is 10 times better hotel for less money!

This is 3 star hotel and I hope in near future after reconstruction will have 4 stars as it used to be in the past. Hotel is nice, food is perfect, staff very polite and want to help you with all information they have. You also have nice and quite big private parking. pool is not too big but enough big for 200 guests. Hotel also have ski boxes for all guests and nice cafe where smoking is aloud. I can suggest this property for couples and families with children.
