we've been at Sas Abbilas several times and I can only apologise to the owner for not writing a review earlier. If you are after the full Sardinian agriturismo experience, lovely surroundings, and authentic, local, fantastic food, then Sas Abbilas won't disappoint you. i've never stayed overnight, so this is only about the restaurant. You book, you show up, you eat what they've cooked on the day, relax in the fields around the place and go home happy. I can't fault the food, the wine, the service, the atmosphere. It really is an amazing place. the menu includes antipasti misti (SArdinian sausages, lardo, pancetta, cheese, and plenty more), a first main which may include boiled bread (not as simple as you may think, in fact a real delicatessen), and/or pasta. The second course may include the almost obligatory piglet and or other such as lamb or sheep (again, a local speciality). sebadas for dessert, coffee and mirto. the works for 30 euros per person, which I felt was great value for money. this is a real gem. can't recommend it enough.…
