Certainly not the best hotel... It is already very adventurous to book there. Make sure to triple check all confirmation and invoices. You’ll be surprised what they add to your bill. And don’t worry about finding out who actually communicates with you. I wrote nearly ten mails and never knew whom I was writing to. First of all, I did not like the style at all – however, that varies from person to person. If you want to find different wonders each day, you’ll be fine. The worst thing: The room was not clean at all. I work in the hotel industry and that is priority number one. So I might be somebody checking everything, but everyone would’ve spotted that. Just a few examples: hairs in the sink, bed side table full of dust, the telephone cable (approx. 4 meters long) completely in dust, only one bed was equipped with sheets as it was a single room, but the bedding was in the closet in the bottom shelf with dust and dirt. The rooms are absolutely not sound-proofed – you can hear your neighbours snoring. So make sure to bring earplugs, because the other guest might not be considerate. The towel-incident was another highlight during my stay. Upon arrival I had three towels in the bathroom – perfectly fine. I didn’t put them on the ground so they needn’t be changed after the 1st night. However, the maid changed them anyway with the result, that I got a dirty bath-towel. So I put that on the ground to get changed after the 2nd night. Apparently the maid wasn’t too happy about it and took all towels away without replacing them. So after a long work-day, when all you want is a hot shower, you got to organize the hotel staff. At least the “receptionist” was helpful and found clean towels after a 10 minute wait – no apologies of course, why would you do that?! And please, do not forget anything in the room... I forgot a dental-bite-rail. And after enquiring for almost a week on my initiative, they told me they didn’t find it. I am 200% sure, that I left it in the plastic cup they have in the bathroom as beaker. So I guess the maid just threw it away. After all, I had fresh towels each day... There’s one positive aspect though. Breakfast wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. They had rolls, cereals, orange choice, hard boiled eggs. Don’t worry if you don’t see staff down there that seems to be normal. You don’t need to greet them either, should you see them. Friendliness is not a top priority to feel guests welcome. Short and sweet: Never again. For that price you’ll find something better.…
