We have stayed for 3 nights. Good location clean and nice. Breakfast very tasty. Only one thing. The TV was not working all these days. The lady which was in reception was informed. The TV screen all these nights was on. Means that to sleep was very hard. The light and etc. Lady from reception promised that they will fix it and she knows the problem. After we have left, we have got the call why we took of the cable off from TV. This blame was very unprofessional from their side. Strange that she knew the problem and was informed. Recommending to ask and inform maybe by email if you have any problems otherwise will be your fault

I really like the hotel, especially hotel's stuff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet but little bit small but you only sleep in it is not important . Breakfast was good. Most important is garden was perfect, after a long day you may sit in the garden, drink your coffee and you can relax. Next time when I arrive Munich I will absolutely stay here.

This hotel was chosen due to the close proximity to Allianz Arena - its a 20minute wall away. The hotel is pleasant in a very quiet area. Rooms are a little small, but comfortable. My son and I shared a twin room with its own bathroom. The hotel is very close to the train station with direct trains to the centre of Munich (Marienplatz) or one stop away from the Football Arena. Breakfast is ok, buffet style, and pwith hot sausage and scrambled eggs.

Located in a residential area, very close to the U6 station, next for to a Biergarten. Small room, but all you need if you just sleep there. And you will sleep well, comfortable bed and a very quiet quarter in munich. Reasonable pricing and good breakfast. Hope it is as quiet when the Biergarten is open.....

Hotel is few minutes from allianz arena by metro or by car. The metro station is 2 minutes from hotel. There is few restaurants near the hotel. Hotel has own parking garage - it is necessary to have a reservation. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. I recommend this accomodation.

Adorable place with a B&B type of feel. Small biergarten next door made it easy to get nightcap drinks without wandering far. Walk about 3 minutes down the street and you're a few steps from the metro station Kieferngarten on U6 line. It takes about 12-15 minutes to Marienplatz from this point, which is great if you want to be near the city center without the noise or any attitude. Wifi worked great, the breakfast was abundant and delicious, beds were comfy, and the room was very clean. Lovely staff spoke several languages like my friend and myself. They drove us to the airport in their personal vehicle (for a fee) when we were in a serious pinch for time.

Room Tip: It does not bother me, but we did not have AC in our room (sleeping with window open is common)...

Fine for a short stop. Conveniently located to a main subway line. Moderately priced. Room small and basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and obliging. I had an early departure and they fixed breakfast specially for me.

Certainly not the best hotel... It is already very adventurous to book there. Make sure to triple check all confirmation and invoices. You’ll be surprised what they add to your bill. And don’t worry about finding out who actually communicates with you. I wrote nearly ten mails and never knew whom I was writing to. First of all, I did not like the style at all – however, that varies from person to person. If you want to find different wonders each day, you’ll be fine. The worst thing: The room was not clean at all. I work in the hotel industry and that is priority number one. So I might be somebody checking everything, but everyone would’ve spotted that. Just a few examples: hairs in the sink, bed side table full of dust, the telephone cable (approx. 4 meters long) completely in dust, only one bed was equipped with sheets as it was a single room, but the bedding was in the closet in the bottom shelf with dust and dirt. The rooms are absolutely not sound-proofed – you can hear your neighbours snoring. So make sure to bring earplugs, because the other guest might not be considerate. The towel-incident was another highlight during my stay. Upon arrival I had three towels in the bathroom – perfectly fine. I didn’t put them on the ground so they needn’t be changed after the 1st night. However, the maid changed them anyway with the result, that I got a dirty bath-towel. So I put that on the ground to get changed after the 2nd night. Apparently the maid wasn’t too happy about it and took all towels away without replacing them. So after a long work-day, when all you want is a hot shower, you got to organize the hotel staff. At least the “receptionist” was helpful and found clean towels after a 10 minute wait – no apologies of course, why would you do that?! And please, do not forget anything in the room... I forgot a dental-bite-rail. And after enquiring for almost a week on my initiative, they told me they didn’t find it. I am 200% sure, that I left it in the plastic cup they have in the bathroom as beaker. So I guess the maid just threw it away. After all, I had fresh towels each day... There’s one positive aspect though. Breakfast wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. They had rolls, cereals, orange choice, hard boiled eggs. Don’t worry if you don’t see staff down there that seems to be normal. You don’t need to greet them either, should you see them. Friendliness is not a top priority to feel guests welcome. Short and sweet: Never again. For that price you’ll find something better.

I spent 3 days in this hotel and was absolutely satisfied with polite and friendly people working there, a very comfortable cosy room, perfect clean conditions and tasty breakfast. This place is so quiet and peaceful though its location is very close to the underground. 15 min - and you are in the Center... I felt myself easy ...even if you are at home. This hotel will be my only choice in Munich. Great thanks to Irina, Alexander and Denis!

I went to Munich during the Oktoberfest and of course every hotel was fully booked. The hotel is old, the rooms are pretty small, the cleansing is doubious and the staff is not that helpfull. Of course the price of the room was very high for the quality but during Oktoberfest one cannot be very surprised with that. The location is convinient, close to the subway but takes at least 20 minutes to get there from Marianplatz.
