Trebalo nam je mako više vremena da se prijavimo, soba nam nije bila odmah spremna i nisu nam ponudili sobu za nepušače. Hrana je bila prosečna i nije bila vredna 4 zvezdice. Pre je bila za 3. Naplaćivali su dodatno za bolju sobu. A to bi trebala da bude normalna soba za hotel…

Thank you for your comments. We apologize we did not exceed your expectations during your stay with us as this is always the goal of our hotel. Per your comments about check-in, our Front Desk team is very efficient yet it can be difficult to get everyone checked-in as quickly as usual when a bus of many new guests comes in. We apologize that there was a smoke smell in your room. All of our rooms are non-smoking yet some guests do smoke on their balconies. Sometimes this smoke can linger. We ask that next time you notify the Front Desk so they can switch you to a new room. Speaking of rooms, we do offer Superior Rooms which offer many amenities like in-room tea and coffee, fresh water delivered daily, and the best views in the entire hotel; this is what the extra charge is for. Our food consistently receives accolades from clients on Trip Advisor and in our surveys but we will take your comments into consideration. In any case, we thank you for selecting our hotel on this visit and hope that you will come back and see us in the future. Safe Travels!

If anyone has had a transfer to the hotel with Tui, is Don Pancho the first drop off? Many thanks.

Sorry, I have no idea. We booked direct with the Don Pancho and received a free transfer which took about 2hours as there were multiple drops. We booked a private taxi from the Don Pancho back to the airport through resort hoopa. I found a discount code for resort hoppa online so it only cost me £50 for the private taxi and only took 45 minutes. Well worth it! Have a fab holiday - we had an amazing time (& next time book direct with the hotel because it’s cheaper and attracts freebies/benefits ie safety deposit box, complimentary drinks, 10% off drinks charged to your room and free tickets to Benidorm Palace).

Hello Megmog, you should not have a problem with your music. Our wifi is one of the best you can find here. Just remember of using your headphones if you are in a public area please. Regards

Has anyone used the Hotels Airport Transfer. If so how was your experience? Would like to hear from guests who used this service.

We used the transfer service, it is run by a company called Resort Care. It was OK , but be aware that you may be on the coach quite a long time, dropping off at many other hotels before the Don Pancho. On the other hand it's quite interesting seeing all the different parts of Benidorm! Also if you do use the transfer, make sure you are there 10 minutes early for the return journey as requested as the bus will leave on the dot.
