My daughter stayed here as part of a group for an event. She enjoyed her stay here but she left a treasured possession in the room which was never found or returned. Communication with the hotel was disappointing.

As many, this was a rescue for a full booked centre. But nevertheless, it suited the need, clean rooms, cheaper then the centre hotels, but excellent restaurant (went for the raw chopped meat and pasta with mushrooms). It is clean but boring interieur but don’t be fooled by that, the service is excellent!

Stayed here one night. Staff spoke passable English. Nice place, nice lobby, clean quiet room and comfortable bed. I thought the restaurant was adequate, service was "leisurely" but friendly. Rooms seemed to be in high demand. They were able to make one night available but rest of week was full. Would recommend.

Managed to get a room at the Cristal Hotel after learning all central Cuneo Hotels were full. We are at hotel in the evening and the dinner was adequate, staff friendly and helpful. Had a great nights sleep on a firm bed, just as I like it. Breakfast was ok, again, staff helpful and friendly.

We were taking the circuitous route from Milan to Castelnuovo Berardanga in Tuscany and needed a place to spend a night. My wife got on Trip Advisor and sniffed out this place. It was conveniently located, the room was clean and reasonably spacious, and the price was right. There is nothing that I can criticize about this place as a one night stopover.

We were very pleased to have chosen this hotel for a one night stop over. Reception was excellent...a special mention for Michele, who was helpful, pleasant, efficient, and went beyond the call of duty to be a model employee. I wish all hotel receptions had such a first class worker. Good sized room with a great view towards the town and mountains beyond, very comfortable bed with quality cotton bedsheets. Free Wi-Fi , free parking, and a good breakfast. Recommended.

Nice, new hotel with a big parking place at only 2 km from Cuneo town. Stayed 1 week on the occasion of a cycling event (GF Fausto Coppi). The room was well equipped but the breakfast (buffet) was typical Italian (a lot of sweet things, biscuits, ...), not my style (missed bread varieties). On the other hand, I really appreciated the services offered by the hotel. The staff did his very best to help where possible. They organized a special dinner the evening before - and a very early breakfast the day of the race.

A chance overnight stay whilst driving through Northern Italy. A very clean business type hotel on the outskirts of the town. We got a rate of 95Euros for a double room inc. a good continental breakfast. We thought that the hotel was brand new but in fact it is now 5 years old but very well maintained. The hotel appeared to be quiet on a wet Thursday night in September. We didn't try the restaurant as it was quiet and lacking atmosphere. Lacks character but OK for business/one night stopover.
