The staff was very fourthcoming and kind and the room was good. Small balcony and a spacious bath for that price. They also booked a taxi free of charge. They are stil renovating and thats fine. Safe did not work and they promised to give me a wake up call, but they did not do that. 🫤 Overall a good stay for a cpl of nights and terrific location.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL. STAFF EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND LOTS OF CHOICES. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF ON GOING BUILDING WORK AND HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO THE ROOFTOP DINING SO THIS WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. WE HAD STSUED IN THIS HOTEL BEFORE. A LOT OF STREETS AND FOOTPATHS IN ALGHERO IN BAD STATE OF REPAIR AND DANGEROUS PLUS A LOT OF LITTER. OVERALL A GOOD HOTEL, CONVENIENT LOCATION AND WE WILL GO AGAIN

Lovely comfortable clean hotel, our room had a balcony and a fridge, the bed was comfy and the room was serviced every day, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and not too far from the Old Town. There is a small supermarket just across the street which was very handy.

Firstly the positive. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, in the old town and close to all the restaurant and bars. The room itself was large, but very dated. The main issue was that the hotel had loud renovation work on which started around 8am. This was not advised at time of booking. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere.

This hotel is beautifully situated on a very good shopping street right beside the Old town and therefore close to an endless amount of restaurants. There is a lovely coffee shop with beautiful cakes called Ciro about a three minute walk from the hotel on Via Sassari. The tourist office is close by and you can get the bus to the beach on Via Cagliar in front of the market. Note the back of the market is on Via Sasssari. You can buy your bus ticket in the Tabacchi near cafe Ciro, when you come out of the coffee shop turn left and the Tabacchi is on the corner at the next junction. We had a lovely clean room with a balcony, fridge and air-conditioning that was serviced every day. All of the staff that we spoke to very really friendly and helpful and I would like to thank all those on reception who supplied me with a cup of hot water each night. I would have liked a kettle in my room. Also their breakfast service could definitely be improved. You had to queue for hot drinks, orange juice and milk for your cereal. I felt that the orange juice and cold milk could have been left on the table outside the counter, or else have two staff serving. The queue was often very long, through no fault of the girl serving. which meant that often my husband or myself (depending on who joined the queue) was nearly finished his breakfast by the time one of us had received the drinks.

We really enjoyed our stay here, with excellent access to the sea walls, and the centre of the old town. The views from the roof terrace were a bonus. Thank you to Sara on Reception, who was so helpful, and made us feel thoroughly welcome. (Disabled access note : there is one 1" step from pavement to Reception. There is a newer lift that would take a wheelchair/disabled scooter. Breakfast room is accessible. Roof terrace has 1 x 4" step onto it. We didn't use the Spa, so don't know about that. I believe they have 2 adapted bedrooms, but I don't need one of those myself, so can't comment on those. There are 2 viable routes to the city centre, with dropped kerbs available. Parking is an issue, but you can use a street disabled space, with your badges displayed, overnight and for no charge. We found one ok. The sea wall has an extensive walk, all level, and mainly flagstone. Some cobbles, but possible to avoid these. The city centre is accessible, but can be a little rough. Most streets have paved strips within the cobbles though).

Older hotel close to the old city. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a balcony with views over the rooftops to the sea. A good continental breakfast was included. We could easily walk to the old town in a few minutes so didn’t have all the noise associated with it. Recommended as a good place to stay.

We are from Serbia and we were in this hotel from 12.07. until 22.07. Our experience is really great! Amazing people who are working here, great hosts, willing to tell us everything we whanted to know abot Sardegna and always there if something we needed 24/7. The hotel is perfectly located, in the city center, close to the bus station, and the sea. With beaches is very good connected with the buses which are well organised with specified time table. Breacfast is very good, and it is served on the rooftop, with a beautifull view, where we also enjoyed in the some evening. Hotel is perfectly clean, every day our room was perfectly arranged with new towels. Hotel with such a charm where you will certany enjoy and I recommend it as the best choice in Alghero. Thanks the all in hotel whuch made our staing in Sardegna beautiful!

Near the old city in the center of Alghero, this hotel has also very good roof terrace so it is nice to start your day with a view of the sea and the city cathedral. Plus it has its own litle spa with pool and jakuzzi to relax in the evening. Some stores and the green market are also near, and the staff is very nice.
