Premier Inn Bodmin earns praise for its high level of cleanliness, with guests frequently commending the spotless rooms and facilities. The hotel's comfortable beds and amenities, such as blackout curtains, contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, although the décor may appear somewhat outdated to some. Visitors value the added perks like meal deals, even as they encounter mixed experiences with room temperature and water pressure. While opinions on value vary, with some guests questioning the breakfast and service, the staff generally receives accolades for their friendly and helpful demeanor.

I have stayed here before and knew what the hotel is like, it is very convenient to visit my daughter and to see Cornwall in general. The staff were, as usual, very helpful and will help with any questions and support. The hotel is old and Whitbread needs to update it like what has been done in other hotels. One of the problems was the lack of wi-fi accessibility, which is a known problem, possibly due to using a sub-contractor from Virgin. If you are going there for business, insist on a guarantee that either the 'free' or premium wi-fi works.

The hotel is basic with no frills. The room was a good size and clean. Modern clean bathroom. Noise was low. Staff were friendly and efficient. if you like basic food then the pub attached is fine, however my evening meal was over cooked in the microwave and poorly presented. Looked like it had just been thrown in the bowl and the peas thrown on top. There isn't the unlimited breakfast cooked food buffet as you get at other Premier Inns. You have to order what you would like. The vegan sausages that I ordered were microwaved so looked anaemic and were hard at the ends. Portions were small. The free wifi is atrocious. It has a very low signal and the majority of the time is unavailable. I think it's a ploy from Premier Inn to make you pay for their premium service.

I was travelling alone for business and looking for somewhere to stay before travelling home the next day. What a find!! The service was brilliant right from check in, the receptionist was very warm and friendly which seemed to be the case with all staff I came across in the hotel, The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and really quiet. I had dinner in the restaurant in the evening which was lovely and really good value as was the breakfast. Plenty of parking on site, so no need to worry about that. Overall a really nice hotel, with super friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

Warm and friendly staff and a clean room. Good food in the restaurant next door but other food places in east walking distance. Even though our room was over the restaurant, we heard no noise from downstairs or the carpark out front. My wife and I will definitely return 👍

the room was clean and the usual convent stay, but the full breakfast was not the usual standard, and the noise earl 4am-9am was banging doors, and running around, I hardly slept , and so I had to stop again to sleep for one hour before driving back to London.

Come here for a business meeting in Bodmin, I can’t thank the staff enough for the help during my stay, I had trouble connecting to the WiFi (my own fault) and Pam helped me immensely! So thank you! Will definitely come back again, with my partner in fact.
