We just stayed for 5 nights at Piccolo Parco hotel. The place is perfectly located, spacious rooms and a great ambiance. The proprietor Alberto is very helpful and makes you feel very welcome and well looked after. He is also the house chef and cooks fabulous dinners and breakfasts with local specialities. We will for sure come back

Alberto is incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfy, it's well located and very nicely done out (recently). Spotless too. Really great value - next time we're skiing in Limone this will be the first place I'll call - at the price it exceeded our expectations.

Room Tip: We came with friends and one couple had a room at the front that had a bit more noise from the road.

Alberto and his staff provided a very cosy and familiar stay at the Piccolo Parco hotel. This small hotel has a great location near the village centre but still within walking distance to the cable cabin. The meals are fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend Piccolo Parco for your stay in Limone.

Friendly and very service minded owner and straff. We enjoyed the dinners at Alberto's place. The hotel was clean and tidy. Good location near the villige and the ski cabin. We highly recommend a stay at Piccolo Parco.

Picolo Parco is a charming hotel in the center of Limone. The rooms are cozy and clean, location most convenient and the food excellent. Alberto, the owner, is a very kind man, helpful and paying attention to his guests. The same pays for the lady serving the meals. I certainly recommend this cozy place.

It is several years that we have been going to Limone (winter & summer) but the first time we stay here, without doubt the best accommodation. Room (n.13) is extremely clean, reasonable size, cosy and comfortable with a big bathroom and a balcony. Despite to be on the Statale road, hotel is very quiet, provide safe parking and it is just 3 minutes walk from the pedestrian area. You can reach the slopes with a 10 minutes walk or using the free shuttles provided by the council. Hotel atmosphere is very worn and friendly and Alberto with his staff is really looking after you. We will come back, highly recommend.

We love coming here. Alberto and his staff are so wonderful. The gorgeous charm of this hotel keeps us coming back to Italy. The beds are very comfortable and warm. The rooms are always spotless. The morning breakfast is such a lovely way to start the day. Alberto, thank you so much for accommodating us. We are excited to come back!

Most welcoming and friendly owner managed small hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants - and half board deal is great value. Proper breakfast and evening menu's were great - too much food! Off street parking too .Nice rooms - very clean - should be rated more than the 3 stars . Ciao Alberto!

Visited Limone Piemonte over Easter weekend, planning to spend the day and drive home but decided to spend a night. The only hotel with a room available was Piccolo Parco. Its basic but very clean and comfortable. About 5 minute walk to the pedestrian centre. Breakfast was a very nice buffet. The hotel manager was very friendly and spoke good english. Cant really say about distance to ski lifts, the one we went to was quite a way away but there might be a ski bus. The ski area is brilliant, 80 kms of pistes, so we will definitely return.
