As serbian hotels go this was OK, but not anything special. If this was hotel in the UK I would give it 2-3 stars compared to the 4 it is listed as. It advertises a pool and gym but what wasn't clear is there is a 900 dinar charge to use them per day (approx £7 at time of writing). The WiFi is patchy and it gets worse the higher up the building you are, by the time you get to the third floor is is practically un-usable. The curtains in the room don't cover the windows so it is not possible to block the lights from the carpark, or the sun; not great when you need to sleep. The shower heads in every room appear to have been installed for short people. I am 176cm tall and cannot wash my face or hair without removing the shower head, or sitting in the very short bath tub. Looks like it was grand when it was built but could do with some attention, and modernisation. Nice location, and good terrace for having breakfast on. Close to a park, and within 20mins walk from city centre.

We spent 2 nights there (Friday & Saturday). The hotel itself is clean, the staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The furniture and the whole building needs a bit of refurbishment. WIFI works well, you need a code for the lobby area, but not in the room. The rooms are okay, however I could smell in my room if someone else smoked in the neighbouring rooms. There is a party place either in the hotel or very close nearby, the music is on until midnight and it is really loud, like you űare in the middle of the party, even if you close the windows.

Rooms are clean and contain mini fridge, safe and tv. (No air conditioner in my room) Staff is professional and nice. Great choice for breakfast. 4 star hotel for Serbian standards, 3 star hotel for EU standards. Smooking indoors, but only in the reception hall.

We were 4 friends, booked a connected room. Which had teo bathrooms and one living room. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable. We were there for Exit festival so we did not have a chance to eat in the hotel. Hotel is a little bit far from the city center, 20-25 mins walking distance. We generally used taxis. It’s a huge hotel, we saw some DJs, they were in the same hotel with us. So it’s a good reference I guess. There is a casino in the entrance, no live games only slots. There is no bottled water in the room.

They are giving only 1 key per room. In the room we had no soap, shower gel, shampoo, only 2 towels, one was with the stain. There is no central air con in the hotel, but the regular one in rooms (which became yellow), in the hallways there is 40°C. In the hotel SPA&WELLNESS you must pay immediately the drink (cannot be charged on the room), they dont give a glass for coca cola, pool water has strange colour and smell, jacuzzi is not working. In the room there is no phone extension numbers for reception, room service... There were many other things, however, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Should be 2 star hotel.

In my almost 40 years I have stayed in thousands of hotels and hostels in 47 countries and this hotel was the WORST of all. I booked 2 nights but I left after the first night, the next morning and went to a different one, closer to city center (this one is far). This is not a 5 star hotel. The problems started with the long check-in, with the very lazy and arrogant receptionist, who refused to wear a mask (we are in the middle of the covid pandemic - April 2021). He complained because I refused to leave our passports with him and preferred to wait. He said I would wait for my passport 1 hour, in a sarcastic tone. I forgot to write down his name, he was the receptionist on duty in the late afternoon and early evening of April 30, 2021. The spa is dirty, small, does not provide towels, very dirty pool water, dirty floors. Corridors stink. The room is small, have a very bad shower, a small bed, a curtain that does not block light. But the worst of all was the service. I ordered food at a restaurant delivery from outside the hotel and called the reception to ask for cutlery, fork, knife and a spoon. After a long wait, the same receptionist, again without wearing a mask, brought what I asked for but complained (!!!) that I had eaten food from outside the hotel. Unbelievable. I asked him if he shouldn't try to make us feel comfortable and said no, since he had been doing this for 25 years. Stay away from this place.

Although at arrival one gets an impression of a refurbished socialistic hotel, it's many facilities are offering pleasant amenities. Free parking place, fairly quite area and good location to city center are beneficial as well. Recommended.

Hotel Park claims five, but deserves three at best. We booked the “Supreme” suite with a jacuzzi tub. The tub is minuscule and the bathroom floods when the water is released. There was one medium-sized and two small towels. The wellness/pool in the basement is not managed by the hotel and the staff there was reluctant to hand out locker keys to us, encouraging us to change in our rooms - it would have meant walking through the lobby in robes. Additionally, we had to climb back to the reception and ask for towels, which we did get swiftly. The wellness includes a small, very dark pool area, one working and one defunct sauna. The gym costs additionally. The pool bar was unmanned. Back in the lobby, we asked for orange juice from the menu, but only lemonade was available. It came warm. The hotel is fairly large, built in the Socialist-era - and it shows. Many facilities show signs of wear. The staff is was friendly and, with the exception of the lobby bar, quick and forthcoming. Cleaning service did a good job. The location is good, in a park just off the strict city center, with a fairly small and crowded parking. Smoking is allowed in the lobby. Overall, not great, not terrible, but far, far short of what we expected.

According to Booking this hotel has spa and wellness but spa is separate from hotel in terms that they are completely two different companies. The staff of the wellness center are very rude; we went two times there and didn't get lockers, they don't provide towels, and in some times of the day you cannot enter because it's to crowded or so they say. One sauna doesn't work. There is nobody at the bar to order anything. Very dissapointing for a 5 stars hotel.

I didn't stayed at this hotel, but I did have a breakfast here. I need to eat gluten-free due to celiac disease and I was able to get a gluten-free bread on request, but they brought it out already opened on a plate. At the buffet I found some marmalade to put on the bread, they also had some grapes, coffee, and orange juice.
