It was a perfect stay!! The owner stayed up for us to arrive. Rooms were great!! Breakfast was fantastic. She accommodated our dietary restrictions too!! We all agreed to stay again for our annual trip!!

Maria runs a lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are sweet and show real pride of ownership. The area is lovely, just 10 minutes to Lake Harmony and 20 to Jim Thorpe. Breakfast was simple continental but more available for a slight charge. I highly recommend this place!

I didnt have a great experience at this b&b. My husband developed a skin rash after sleeping on the sheets of our queen sized bed.The rooms felt dungeon like with a somewhat old, dreary atmosphere. The sheets were not crisp or cool to the skin, I can only hope they were changed for us. The little lake outside had stagnant water, so was more of a mosquito paradise. The hosts two beautiful dogs were kept outdoors in an enclosure that was filled with piles of feces. It was an unpleasant experience to walk around this farmhouse.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this B&B and have no complaints. The rooms are very clean and Maria is a very nice host. Went with my boyfriend for a nice getaway and when we got there she upgraded us to a better room for the same price. Highly recommend this place.

We rented an apartment for the second time there and surely will come back next year. It is an excellent place to escape from the big city. Very clean, well equipped, very quiet complex, great location near state parks for hiking and absolutely great breakfast. Can't say enough about the hospitable service and the pleasant accommodations. We would highly recommend this place!
