We got a room on the 1st floor. Tha elevator was working from the 2nd. So I had to take our three luggages by myself upstairs, nobody helped. Spa is with wet stains on the walls, quite small, they put on the sauna on the afternoon when guests comes from the skiing. The bathroom is full of hair and the maids yell early in the morning in front of the door talking. The waiter in the restaurant don’t clean the table appropriately leaving bread pieces. The food is tasty.

Idila is a small and pleasant hotel, with everything in it's right place. It is relatively new and its rooms are quite decent. I liked the fact that they pay attention to details. This hotel really met my expectations.

We were in this hotel as family of four. Hotel is realtively close to the bus station. Apartment is spacious, clean, stylish, modern, quiet. Food is great, breakfast could be better for this type of hotel, lunch and dinner is great (waiter always asked us what we want to eat, so like a la carte). Very helpful and pleasent stuff. Maid was rude and if they want to be closer to perfect, manager should do something about that. SPA is also more than OK (stylish and peacefull).

We stayed 2nights on a tour. Rooms are comfortable but not large. We had a small balcony. Shower room as fine. The off thing is the lift stops in between floors so cases have to be carried anyway and would be poor if disabled. Food was ok -much served cold or luke warm. 10mins walk to the centre and lake. We did not try the pool or spa.

The internet does not work. Rooms are dirty. the bed linen is not fresh, leaves the impression that there was some time because the hotel was empty during our stay. Breakfast is very bad, we did not have a witness table for dinner. Water in the pool is very cold. and it was impossible to sleep although we had the best rooms or apartments because the garbage bags were hooked on the terrace and the wind blows at night creating huge noise. the staff is very bad except for the girls at the reception that are pleasant.

We spent two nights in this hotel and feeling was "home away from home". Polite and professional staff, nice and clean room (hotel generally), free of charge parking in front of hotel... Food was really nice. We had a half-board service, breakfast was amazing (tasty organic and domestic food), dinner as well was nice. Polite and atentative waiters. SPA center is small but nice (there are sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi and pool) and we had massage included in package which was amazing. Thank you all for nice stay. See you soon. :)

We weren't staying at the hotel, but we used their spa once, and it was really bad. First of all, the men's locker room was out of order, so we were forced to use only the women's. As far as the gym goes, the treadmill didn't work, the rowing machine didn't work, the stationary bike didn't work, the ski simulator didn't work. Even the clock didn't work. The water in the Jacuzzi was cold, as well as the water in the pool. The floors were flooded. The steam room didn't work either. The only thing that worked was the sauna, which is quite small. All in all, it looks really good, but not maintained. Also, the hair dryer in the locker room didn't work. The woman at the counter was quite pleasant and apologetic, though.

Very nice place for business break, but it is good too for break with family. Rooms are excellent clean and cosy. Food is very good. Staff are good informed and helpful. WiFi is good in room. But swimming pool is too cold. I think they have to warm water.

A good location and some very nice and modern rooms this is a good place to stay with lovely reception staff. I did not go to the spa but some of our party did and were impressed. The centre is a short walk away and there are restaurants and shops there for sundries if you need them. The hotel restaurant was competent but unimpressive and that's possibly the only downside. My bed was a little lumpy.

I really liked the spa. The pool is not too big, yet it is enough for two people to swim in the same time. We were alone in the spa center so it was no problem for us. Only minus were drinks, glasses in which the drinks were served. I don't like drinking from plastic glasses. Everything else was great.
