My understanding is that this hotel is now under new management and under the new name of Four Steps Hotel. We stayed the night in a single room with balcony which you pay a little extra for two people to stay - its a double bed so not sure why its called a single. There was no hot water even though the receptionist came in and switched on the water heater. Service was great they really went out of their way to make us happy. There's a huge garden for dinner out the back which is nice but food is average. Took around 30 min for brochette and chips which is good timing but my chicken was undercooked and I was quiet sick afterwards. They have a huge conference centre available. Sleep quality - room has everything you need but walls are thin, hallways echo and glass thin so we heard everything from the community outside. Compared to Credo - yes this is a winner. Look at the suite rooms.
