This hotel is a gem! Perfectly located facing the town centre with a carpark for clients. The room was huge and elegantly decorated. The set menu for hotel guests in the evening in the connecting restaurant is excellent value and all the dishes are made from local products. The staff were friendly and professional, the room rate is exceptionally good value and includes a very decent breakfast! I would love to come back to Bosa again just to stay in this hotel!!

This was a very good hotel hotel, well worth the money. It has a great location, a few steps from the river and the old bridge. Our room we large (we paid a little extra for that and a small balcony) with a big bed, and was clean and nice. The staff were very kind. The hotel restaurant is said to be one of the best in the town. I was very pleased with our choice.

A small hotel located right across the bridge from old downtown and a few minute drive to the beach where you can sunbathe or have lunch at one of the many beachside spots. We stayed 1 night. The room was well appointed, with a long narrow but functional bathroom. We opted for a room with a terrace (ask for one facing old town) which was very large with 2 seating areas and lots of privacy and light. Staff was very friendly and helpful, free outdoor parking right across the street. Breakfast was included , was not an immense selection but fine. we stayed in Sardinia 3 weeks & felt this was really great value for money compared to many other locations.

We loved our one night stay at Hotel Palazzo Pischedda. Driving in from Algero we were able to find free street parking and easily accessed the hotel. Upon arrival I learned that the hotel has a parking lot directly across the street - this is VERY nice for people with cars. The check in staff were lovely and very attentive. Our room was on the first floor and had an elevated bed- I had concerns that this might be hot but the air conditioning was great! The Wifi also worked well. There is a large elevator if you have extra luggage. The hotel provides a wonderful array of different fruits, meats, cheeses, etc for breakfast. We ventured out into the town for dinner but there is a restaurant on the property if you choose to try it. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Sardinia! Thank you

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. And for me it felt as though I left a loving household and not a hotel. The interactions and tips from the receptionists, the warmth from the kitchen staff, and the friendliness and hospitality of the cleaning staff really made me feel as though I was a guest in someone’s home. We had a great room with the private balcony view of the town and castle. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because as a precious, old hotel you can hear some of the guests when they return late. But honestly I would be eager to stay there again and again … My other regret is that we never had the lunch or dinner. Thank you to everyone

Response from Hotel Manager, Albergatore at Hotel Palazzo Pischedda Bosa
Responded Aug 23, 2023
Dear Mr. Vaughan, please allow us to thank for your stay at Palazzo Pischedda and for appreciating our hotel staff and the room with private terrace and the view on caste and old town. We always want our guests feel like home during the stay and we are very glad to provide information about history, spots to visit and event in our medieval city. The noise you heard was probably the eco created by some noisy guests coming back at late night. We thank you again and we look forward to welcoming back to our hotel for trying also our Restaurant.Warm Regards

The hotel was a little difficult to find in the we had the wrong address. We initially parked on the street and went in to the front desk, They directed us to their parking lot across the street. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. We gave us several good suggestions on places to visit and to eat. The room was comfortable with a private patio overlooking town. It was a wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine after a day of touring. The hotel has a great restaurant and their breakfast were very good with a variety of pastries, meats, cheeses, etc. The breakfast room staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel and associated restaurant should not be missed if planning a trip to the Bosa region of Sardinia. Starting with the hotel. Superb location, park your car in the free on-site car park and walk across the bridge to the historic old city of Bosa. We couldn't ask for a better destination for a stay in this charming village. Every single staff member that we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and had excellent English language skills, making it so easy for us. Upon check in we were asked where else we were staying during our week in Sardinia. Next minute, we had a printed list of the suggested highlights of each region. The hotel has been delightfully restored and the staff are very happy to tell you about its origins and show you the charming common areas. Included breakfast was delicious and plentiful with many local delicacies to try. Do yourself a favour and book a table at the on-site restaurant, whether you are staying here or not. (There's even a special rate for in-house guests). This very popular restaurant continues the charm offensive, with attentive wait staff, delicious local food, great wine list and venue. Don't miss the chance to visit this hotel and restaurant if you are in the area. You will be disappointed if you do
