The most wonderful experience at this couples only hotel. Early April we went and the staff could not be more helpful and polite. The food was amazing Breakfast, lunch & evening meal. Rooms fab, with great maid service. The pool side staff during day for food & drinks were fantastic, Sergio and the guys round pool bar were super cheers. Definitely recommend and definitely go again ! So close to fabulous beach. Beautiful views from rooms and pool.

We have been to Cala Galdana several times so we knew what to expect in the resort but this was our first time at the Artiem Audax (as normally we have children with us ). We had a room on the 6th floor which was extremely handy for the pool, The view bar and the restaurant Oliva. Our rooms were a nice size and there was an excellent wet room ,lots of space to put your clothes a safe and a fridge with a key lock (not seen that before!) We found the bed was really comfy and you could turn the air con off if you wanted, the small balcony overlooked the road so there was a bit of early noise from rubbish trucks if you left the doors open . We ate every day in the Oliva for breakfast and evening meal as we had half board and the food was really good especially the meats and the fish .Lots to choose from on the starters and the desserts too including a good selection of fruit in the morning and cheeses in the evening .The Cocktails in the View were excellent and although pricey were huge and very alcoholic! It is a short walk to the beautiful beech but if you dont like sand there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool to lay on .The pool had a small infinity section and a larger pool below .There were lots of interesting places to sit and just look at the splendid views .Lots of people here were hikers or people who like to keep fit and l believe there was a very good gym and lots of great Spa facilities - not something we particularly like The staff here are also excellent , friendly , helpful and nothing was .too much trouble .We will definitely return to this hotel when we next come back to Cala Galdana…

A couple of days in Menorca and stayed at this hotel as we wanted to be next to the beach, amazing cala’s on walking distance as well. Loved the service, from reception to housekeeping to all the guys in the restaurant, always with a smile on their face! Thank you Antonio and Benito (and the whole team)! Had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, loved it! Every day lot’s of options to choose from, fresh and delicious. Try the Spa as well, it’s very well organized. Had one cloudy day so a spa day was perfect! Gym also very well equipped to work out daily. The hotel also works on sustainability which I loved as well, it’s all in the details. Will recommend for sure to stay here or any hotel of their chain!

We stayed at the ARTIEM during a hiking trip. The location first line of the beach is very nice, the spa is very good, nice food and I personally love the sustainability approach of the concept + I was impressed by the Social Room (i think this was the name) where they donate the benefits to a social cause.

Beautifully clean hotel, right by the beach. The rooms were spotless (thanks Maria) and well equipped - little things like plenty of hangers, fresh water, nice products in bathroom etc, spacious balcony. Great breakfast - we sat on the terrace. All the staff were so friendly and we loved our afternoon spent in the thermal pools. V quiet around the pool, so no trouble finding a sun bed! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in a pretty resort.

What a beautiful hotel this is, from the moment you check in you're looked after. The rooms are great we had the top floor panoramic room which was just beautiful and the views where out of this world. the restaurant was amazing and good selection for breakfast we also did a dinner which for 29 euros was great. great hotel and well worth a stay.

Quite simply, a wonderful hotel. Everything was amazing. The spa was gorgeous, the food, fresh, interesting and delicious. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfy. The staff were always polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My only negative, churros were only available on one morning!!! I’m a big churro fan and was a little disapointed but have decided to forgive the hotel and have booked again for May ;)

This is a short update on changes in 2023 – see my previous reports on this hotel for more detail. We have now enjoyed 20 wonderful vacations here since 2010, and have already booked for two more next summer – so our opinion should be clear. Before noting the changes seen this year, I must reiterate the major reason for us returning – the staff. They are the happiest, friendliest, most attentive, caring and hard-working you are likely to find anywhere. It would be unfair to name any individual member of staff – they already know how much we care for each of them. Return visitors to the hotel will note a number of changes :- 1. Reception décor – obviously the first thing you will notice. There is a softer look with multiple pendant lights, large matting style rugs and scatter cushions. 2. The evening A La Carte restaurant on level 4 (The Galdana) – an Asia-fusion menu. This provides a completely different atmosphere (a quieter ambience and table-service), as well as menu choice (as opposed to the buffet system in the 5th floor Oliva restaurant). We were lucky to be able to try this at its introduction at the end of May, and made it a weekly choice on our return for September / October. 3. Outdoor yoga platform. This was completed as we arrived at the start of May. Situated above the top swimming pool and View Bar (on the 6th floor level), it overlooks Galdana bay. For anyone who enjoys yoga (and the instruction provided is absolutely amazing), the 8am class in the morning sunshine surrounded by trees, with accompanying birdsong is truly glorious. Towards the end of our October stay, we were fortunate enough to observe the sunrise during these classes – marvelous. 4. A small improvement – the bath towels. The previous ones were good, but the new ones this year are a small piece of heaven !! 5. For the tea drinkers (neither of us) – an interesting new system of loose-leaf tea is available, enabling guests to mix their own preferred leaves. E-bikes – these were available previously, but many guests seem unaware of their availability for hire. Similarly – laughing yoga classes in the spa on a Sunday morning and aeroyoga classes outside the gymnasium – also available previously, but even many returners seem to be unaware of their availability to book either on line, at Reception, or at the Sports Centre. We were delighted (as always) to see so many friends who (like us) have made a visit to the Audax either an annual or bi-annual must. Each year, the number of such friends increases. …

Cosy room with pool/habour view. Great variety of food for Breakfast and Dinner. Very lovely and helpful staff, especially in the Oliva Restaurant. Special thanks to Martha, who served my favorite coffee every morning and Javi, one of the chefs, who explained all the dishes to me and helped me each time to carry my plate as I am in a wheelchair.
