At Ultra Marino they master the art of gastronomy! No traditional Spanish restaurant but a young, creative chef who's cooking with heart and soul.
We were so blown away by the quality and depth of flavours that we visited them again and, on recommendation of...the very committed staff, let the chef surprise us, after we were asked what we definitely would like to eat, and what not. So we had some wonderful dishes of shells, crustaceans, fish and even sea anemone (actina), which was very special and tasty.
They have an impressive collection of wines from the region.
