An impromptu dinner on a Tuesday night and seating was happily east to find. The dinning room feels authentically Swiss and the dishes are made with local Swiss ingredients, inspired by traditional dishes, but creative as you would expect from a Michelin-recognized restaurant. Even my...salad was beautiful in color and composition. I had the pheasant. Service was attentive and polite. The perfect final meal in Zug. I will definitely visit again when next in town.More

I have been to this restaurant for during my day trip to Zug and stopped here for lunch. Food was divine and service was excellent. Would definitely visit here again when in Zug.

A little gem! Definitely a must when you are in Zug. A lovely restaurant with in- and outdoor seating. The menu offers something for everyone… traditional Swiss cuisine with a touch of the Mediterranean. We can’t really recommend any particular dish… they are all excellent…...and you will not go out hungry.More

Another great visit to this Restaurant. This time we sat downstairs which was more modern. Food great and service excellent.

Superior quality and very good food choices. Generous quantity and kind service. Very long wine list, although I would rate overpriced most of the wines, while prices for the food are in line with quality and service.

First visit to this restaurant. Food and service excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Ambience excellent and of course so much history to the building. If you want something really local and Swiss - a must whilst in Zug.

I think this is probably the best restaurant in zug. The food was really good and the service friendly and exemplary. I started with lobster soup with prawns. Delicious. Then I had veal and beef slices in creamy sauce and rösti. Delicious too. Gréât location...and gréât placeMore

Nice restaurant in the middle of old town. Friendly and fast service, very good food. It is not the cheapest option, but not the most expensive either. Would go back.

Classic, or should I say, Klassic, dishes. Many, many veal choices and from what I am told, northern Switzerland standards. Top tier service, wine, etc, in an 600 year old building! Every item I had was excellent.

One of those wonderful places where you can feel confident of a great meal --- whatever is on the menu. Consequently its a delight to go and just let them decide your menu. Ask no questions -- you won't be disappointed. We prefer eating downstairs...-- less formal but that's personal.More

We came here impromptu and were given a seat outside with the glorious weather. Ordered the salmon tartar to start with and they were excellent! For mains, we had the shrimp pasta and beef steak pasta, have to say the pasta were freshly made and...aldente- love them to bits! Would highly recommend!More

We had a table outside during a great summer evening Service was very good, prompt, attentive, quite fast by Swiss standards My tuna tartar was excellent, well spiced, tasty My meatballs were unfortunately more average, though decent Short wine list Price however was really steep,...for the food and the wines (at least 3x markup) so overall a bit of a mixed impressionMore

OK the sun was shining, but the wind was blowing and the tables were outside. But this is a good top class restaurant and the Food is well presented and priced as per all Food in Zug - high. The service was outstanding and the...atmosphere good. Well positioned, good selection of Food but not a big menu.More

We chose some of the local food with a tweak and really enjoyed our dishes. The food was fresh, with some special veggies and the meat tasty. Our waitress was extremely charming, competent and engaging. The asparagus-tuna-lentil appetizer and the strawberry dessert with kurkuma ice...cream were particularly mouth watering!More
